Swedish composer, conductor and choir leader. He was the leader of the Lund university male voice choir from 1891 to 1925. In addition to the leadership of the student singers, Berg was also the University Chapel master ("Director musices") from 1897 to 1922 and had previously also been the leader of the Student Chapel 1889-1894.
